Microfinance Program

Nepal Women Community Service Center(NWCSC) was implementing microfinance program as FINGO after getting approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) in July 2003 (BS 2060) as Financial Intermediate Non Government Organization (FINGO) and later the microfinance program has been upgraded to Mahila Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sastha ltd. in Aug 2018.
Mahila Samudayik laghubitta Bittiya Sastha ltd came in the existence as the microfinance program of Nepal Women community Service Center, NWCSC registered as NGO (under NGO registration act 2034 in Dang district ) transferred to “D” class microfinance institution.

Later in 2077/8/16(1st December 2020) Mahila samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha ltd merged with Jalpa Laghubitta Bittiya Sastha ltd and came in existence as Jalpa samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha ltd, Registered as national level D class microfinance.

Jalpa samudayik Laghubitta bittiya Sanstha ltd is playing a vital role in enhancing access to financial services in 39 districts through 99 branches offices to strengthen socio-ecomonic activities of deprived people and contributing to the poverty reduction of the country. Saving, credit, remittance, technical support to members to grow up agro and livestock products and financial literacy program are being provided to members. Jalpa samudayik Laghubitta focuses on technology based financial services, risk management, internal control, compliance and governance to provide qualitative microfinance services to members.
