2081 13th July 2024 it merged with Kishan Laghubitta Bittiya Sastha ltd and the name of institution changed as operated as Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sastha ltd, registered as ‘D’ class national level microfinance institution.

234 branches offices to strengthen socio-ecomonic activities of deprived people and contributing to the poverty reduction of the country. Saving, credit, remittance, technical support to members to grow up agro and livestock products and financial literacy program are being provided to members.
