Nepal women community service center(NWCSC) with the partnership with USAID/helen keller international is implementing “Integrated Nutrition Program” targeted in Dang district from 20th December 2024 to 19th December 2028.
USAID Integrated Nutrition is an at scale multisectoral program that aims to improve the nutrition status of women, children, and adolescents in Nepal’s underserved and marginalized communities through inclusive and sustainable nutrition programming. This project tackles direct and underlying determinants of malnutrition in Dang, while strengthening the enabling environment. USAID Integrated Nutrition project aims to reduce persistent inequities in health and nutrition services in Dang district, while strengthening the enabling environment for nutrition and building capacity and ownership at local level to implement multisectoral nutrition programs.
The ultimate Goal of this project is to improve the nutritional status of women, adolescents, and children in targeted area’s underserved and marginalized communities of Dang district.
